The Basics of Digital Photography-UW Student (5/1/08)
$29.00

May 1, 2008  (6-10pm)

Digital photography is the future of photography, but is different than traditional film photography.  This 4-hour course explains the basics of digital photography in non-technical terms.  Learn about the features of a digital camera, printers, scanners, and recording media. Understand such concepts as white balance, resolution, image size, file formats (jpeg, tiff, raw, etc.), and why there is a “film speed” when there is no film.  Enroll and join the “digital revolution”.

All class fees must be paid in full and received by exposure36 Photography at least 5 days before the class to receive a $5 discount on the class fee.  Class fees may be paid by credit card or PayPal at this shopping cart or by sending a check to:

 exposure36 Photography
 805 SE 176th Place
 Portland  OR  97233

Please be sure to allow a minimum of three business days for delivery of your letter.

Failure to pay your class fee by the required date will result in you being removed from the class roster.  You will not be able to attend the class even if you appear at the class with the class fee.  If you provided an e-mail address to the Experimental College, you will be notified by e-mail regarding being removed from the class roster.

If you have paid your class fee and can not attend the class, you will receive a full refund if you notify exposure36 Photography in writing (letter or e-mail) at least 2 days before the class.  Please allow a minimum of three business days for delivery of your letter if you do not use e-mail.  If you pay your class fee by a check, you will receive an exposure36 check for your refund; payments made by credit card will receive a credit on the card that they used.
